Summer Camp Staff
A Summer Camp Coach at our soccer camp is responsible for creating a fun, inclusive, and engaging environment for all players. Coaches lead age-appropriate drills, small-sided games, and skill-building activities that help campers develop their technical ability, confidence, and love for the game. They ensure player safety, encourage positive sportsmanship, and act as role models throughout the camp day. Summer Camp Coaches bring energy, patience, and enthusiasm while supporting each camper’s growth both on and off the field.

Summer Junior Technical Staff
A Junior Technical Staff Coach supports the recreational program by leading structured, age-appropriate training sessions in a fun and positive environment. They help players build foundational soccer skills through engaging drills, small-sided games, and creative activities. Junior Technical Staff Coaches focus on fostering confidence, teamwork, and sportsmanship while ensuring sessions are safe, organized, and enjoyable for all participants. They bring enthusiasm, patience, and encouragement to every session, helping young players develop both their abilities and their love for the game.

Skilz Centre Coach
A Skilz Centre Coach is responsible for delivering high-quality, development-focused training sessions that build players’ technical ability, ball mastery, and confidence. They create a positive, energetic environment where athletes are encouraged to challenge themselves, problem-solve, and grow at their own pace. Skilz Centre Coaches use engaging activities and individualized feedback to support each player’s progress while promoting discipline, effort, and a love for learning the game.
Coaches in this role are required to hold basic coaching certifications, including Active Start, FUNdamentals, Learn 2 Train, and Soccer 4 Life.

Competitive Coach
A Competitive Coach with Milton Magic FC is responsible for delivering high-quality, development-driven training sessions that enhance players’ technical skills, tactical understanding, and overall game intelligence. They create a competitive yet supportive environment where athletes are encouraged to push their limits, work collaboratively, and strive for continuous improvement. Competitive Coaches use purposeful activities, game-realistic scenarios, and individualized feedback to support each player’s growth while promoting discipline, accountability, and a strong love for the game.
