We’re excited to announce the new Ball Mastery program starting April 1st, running Wednesday evenings!

Designed specifically for competitive players

Ball mastery is the foundation of player development. This program focuses on developing confidence, control, and creativity on the ball through high-repetition technical work. Players will improve their first touch, dribbling ability, coordination, foot speed, and overall comfort in possession—skills that are essential at every level of the game and in every position.

Consistent ball mastery training allows players to make quicker decisions, play with confidence under pressure, and unlock their full potential on the field.

We are incredibly proud to have Doneil Henry, a Canada Men’s National Team legend and retired professional footballer, leading this program. Doneil brings elite-level experience, professionalism, and insight from competing at the highest levels of the game. This is a unique opportunity for players to learn directly from someone who has mastered the technical and mental demands of top-level soccer, inspiring them both on and off the field.
