Milton Magic FC Welcomes Dr. Hannibal Najjar as Club Development Advisor
Milton Magic FC is proud to announce the appointment of Dr. Hannibal Najjar as the club’s new Club Development Advisor.
Joining the club in a temporary advisory capacity, Dr. Najjar will work closely with all levels of leadership, including the Board of Directors, to provide strategic guidance and insight across key areas of club operations. With a focus on long-term planning, coach development, and overall program enhancement, his role is to help Milton Magic FC continue building toward its long-term goals.
Dr. Najjar brings a wealth of experience to the club, with a lifelong dedication to coaching, education, and youth development and across North America and the Caribbean. His decorated career includes various administrative and leadership/coaching roles with several national teams, universities, USL, high schools, and club programs with oversight of both men and women programs– highlighted by his time as Technical Director of the Trinidad & Tobago Football Federation and coaching periods with the Ontario Soccer Association, and various U.S. ODP programs.
With over 40 years of coaching, teaching, and mentoring experience, Dr. Najjar has developed hundreds of student-athletes into successful players, leaders, and parents. He holds seven academic degrees—including a Doctorate in Instructional Leadership with a focus on Andragogy (the method and practice of teaching adults)—and multiple elite coaching licenses, including the USSF “A” and GK “A” licenses, FA International Full Badge, and UEFA Advanced “A” License. He has also received several Caribbean, US, and Canadian civic awards of recognition.
