Frequently Asked Questions


What age does my child have to be to play with the Milton Youth Soccer Club?
MYSC offers soccer programs from children turning 4 within the calendar year of the season. For the 2010 soccer season, children born in 2006 or earlier can register for soccer.

When does the soccer season start?
The 2010 Outdoor season will begin the week of May 24th.

When will I hear from my child's coach?
For the 2010 Outdoor season, coaches will make contact with their players by May 18th.

How do I register my child for soccer?
New players (anyone who has not played with MYSC within the past 5 years) must register in-person to show proof of age (ie: birth certificate). Registration can be done at our office during the office hours posted on the main page. All in-person registrations are payable by cash or cheque only.

Returning players and Adult League (22+) players only can register online by following the instructions below:

You can register more than one child while inside the registration process.
The fee must be paid by credit card to complete the registration.
If your age group is full, please register your child to the wait list online.
A minimal non-refundable fee of $1 is required to complete the registration for the wait list

How do I make a request to have a particular child on my child's team?
Please refer to our "Request Policy" under the "Registration" tab.

How do I request a refund?
Please refer to our "Refund Policy" under the "Registration" tab.

How do I obtain my tax receipt?
MYSC provides tax receipts at the time of registration. For in-person registrations it is the yellow copy of the registration form that is given back to you upon making a full payment. For online registration, the tax eligible portion of the registration fees is listed on the invoice that is e-mailed to you. MYSC cannot provide duplicate copies of tax receipts.

How do I sponsor a house league team?
