Volunteering Opportunities

Milton Youth Soccer Club is a non-profit, volunteer organization, who are here to provide quality soccer programs to kids of all ages.


Coaches

Volunteer coaches are a valuable part of our organization.  A good coach requires time, patience, commitment and a real concern for the children under your care.  There is great fulfillment in moulding a group of children into an effective team; in watching them grow in skill, confidence and sportsmanship; and in knowing that your efforts have had a lasting influence on their lives.  A few hours a week is all it takes to put a smile on these young faces.

House League Parent Reps Needed

Milton Youth Soccer Club is looking for individuals within each of the House League age divisions to assist the Convener.  In order to provide a central contact for the coaches, players and parents of each age division, we are seeking volunteers to assist the conveners this upcoming outdoor season.  The House League Parent Rep will liaise with the House League Convener, but will be responsible for a single age division.  This individual will be able to provide assistance throughout the season by checking in with teams to ensure the season is progressing well, and to collect and report any issues back to the Convener for resolution.  Milton Youth Soccer is able to successfully provide a quality soccer experience to over 3000 youth as a direct result of dedicated volunteers, so please consider donating a few hours this season to make 2010 the best year ever.  Please email miltonyouthsoccerclub@bellnet.ca if you are able to help.
