Refund Policy


OUTDOOR SOCCER

All refund requests must be submitted in writing using the Refund Request Form. Once completed, please attach a copy of your registration form to the Refund Request and either put the forms in the drop box on our office door, or mail it to us.

Registration fee will be fully refunded until April 30th of the current year.

Between May 1st and May 31st of the current year, the registration fee, less a $25.00 Administration Fee, will be refunded upon the return of a complete uniform in good condition.

No refunds will be given after May 31st of the current year.

IMPORTANT: All refund cheques will be issued once, in the month of June. If you have requested a refund and not yet received your cheque, please wait to contact us until after July 15th to allow time for your cheque to get to you in the mail.
